Material:
Most bar mat was made of soft pvc, the original material is liquid. We will add different color master batch into original material accroding to custom required pantone color.
Mould:
The pvc bar mat sample mould and production mould are aluminium mould, the sample mould is one by one, the production mould will according to customer quantity. The sample time is around 3-5 days once customer approve the design drawing.
Logo
Our factory will make bar mat logo according to custom design drawing, the logo is fill color into the mould, if large quantity, we will use our fill color machine then could save production time, we have 20 fill color machines.
Bar mat forming:
Fill the liquid original pvc into the mould, then put the mould into the oven for baking the material to dry. Then one whole bar mat be finished.
Packing
We will packing according to custom detail requirements, our normal packing is 1pc/polybag, then pack into the outer carton.
Custom pvc bar mat
Custom provide design drawing, then we could make sample according to custom artwork, or custom provide logo and required size, then we could make free design for customer, once customer approve design drawing, then we will make sample soon.
